- **Event Description**: Reiki is a beautiful energy healing technique, brought over from the East to help enlighten and re-connect the West.
With the world constantly living in a state of stress, fast-paced and forever moving onto the next, Reiki is a wonderful reminder and way to slow, calm the mind and connect to our trueselves.

Reiki Level One, or Shoden, is about introducing you to Reiki and developing your self healing capabilities and:

* Explore the history of Reiki and how it came to be
*Understand the Reiki precepts
*Be attuned to Reiki energy
*Become more aware of yourself and any blockages you may have
*Learn how to use Reiki on yourself and throughout your 21-day cleanse
*Learn grounding and cleansing techniques

It is a one day course and after completion you will be able to practice on yourself and others (for free, practitioner level is level two)with full support and guidance thereafter.

You’ll be invited to join a dedicated facebook group for all trainees, asking questions and sharing tips as well as being part of a lovely Reiki community; there will also be the chance to take part in Reiki shares and healers circles.

There are no pre-requisites, but if you have not had a reiki session before I would advise booking at least one prior to the course so you can feel and understand the energy.

This workshop also welcomes those that have lost touch with their Reiki and want a refresher.

Please note all classes are in person in my home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire with my rescue husky, Bear who is always up for being practiced on.
