From there, you are led into deeply supported restorative shapes where the body is invited to unwind, the breath to lengthen, and the nervous system to settle into quiet receiving.
Throughout the afternoon, gentle hands-on Reiki and the vibration of the gong weave through the space, creating a field of grounded support that allows you to rest deeply and feel held without effort.
