Held on the first Monday when aligned within 1–2 days of the Full Moon.

Experience a powerful monthly gathering that blends Full Moon energy, vibrational healing, and the wisdom of the seasonal wheel. This intentional community circle supports deep release, grounding, clarity, and nervous system regulation in a trauma-sensitive, inclusive space.

This event evolved from our long-running Tibetan Singing Bowl & Gong Meditation and now follows the lunar cycle and Wheel of the Year, offering a richer, more embodied healing experience.

Each Full Moon gathering weaves together:

• Vibrational Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls and Gong Bath
• Guided Meditation and Energy Work aligned with the moon and seasonal energy
• Intuitive Card Pulls
• Tea and Nourishing Seasonal Snacks
• Healing Share Circle for reflection and connection
• Ancestor Altar for grounding, honoring, and spiritual support

Every session shifts with the rhythm of the moon and the turning of the seasonal wheel, offering a unique monthly theme.

The Full Moon amplifies intuition, illumination, and energetic release.
The Wheel of the Year offers grounding through seasonal and ancestral rhythms.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Our facilitator is Laura Joseph of Healing With Spirit. She has a private office located on the water in Hingham, Ma where she has been providing spiritually based holistic health enrichment services and classes since 2006.

Laura has been combining all her trainings over the years that have led her to facilitate this combination style meditation since 2008. She continues to grow and transform as to follow her spiritual purpose offering this style of meditation in her office, in groups, during retreats and women's circles, as well as in corporate wellness programs.

Laura is an experienced multi-generational healer & intuitive, best-selling author, speaker, award-winning advocate, seeker, spiritual mentor and teacher, social justice warrior and survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault.

She is also a former college educator and a born intuitive. She has a background in trauma-informed somatic healing and recovery where she attends professional trainings every year.

Laura is an approved Shihan (teacher) of the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan and a reiki master teacher in the more Westernized Usui/Tibetan traditions.
