Carer Support Groups

• The groups are facilitated by members of staff from the Later Life and Memory Team

• The groups are a safe space for carers to get together, share experiences and support each other.

• Carers will have the opportunity to develop new skills & knowledge or build on existing ones!

• Learn more about how to support your own mental health and wellbeing.

Please join our Carer Support Group run by Greater Manchester Mental Health as we encourage those who support somebody with Dementia to come along. It is a safe, open space to chat to other carers and seek advise or support from professionals in the Later Life and Memory Team. We have guest speakers at each group.

Refreshments will be provided
