Hinckley's Soapbox Derby 2025

Back by popular demand, Soapboxes will take to Castle Street, powered by gravity and a good push. Watch as they take the jump or the chicane to speed through to the finish line.

Why not Build a Soap Box and compete? Trophies will be awarded for both Senior and Junior categories including Fastest Time, Best Turned Out, Best Novelty, Best Amateur and Most Enthusiastic Junior.

The minimum age of a Junior Team Driver is 12 years. The minimum age of a Senior Team Driver is 18 years.

£30 fee to enter a soapbox - further details can be found on Hinckley BID's website.
