Breath is one of the simplest and most powerful tools we have — always with us, quietly supporting balance, release and renewal.

This session offers a gentle, guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself. Through conscious breathing and guided relaxation, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, calming the nervous system and creating space for rest and clarity.

Led by Heidi Walker, the session is held in a safe, nurturing and unhurried way, allowing each person to experience the practice at their own pace. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to rest, breathe and be supported.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, in need of grounding, or simply drawn to a moment of stillness, this breathwork session offers a peaceful space to reconnect with your breath and body.
