Uncommon Cuts is a limited-seating culinary experience designed for the true meat lover—those curious about rare proteins, exceptional sourcing, and the artistry required to cook them to perfection. Guided by Robert Owens of Owens & Hull and David Carrier, this one-of-a-kind dinner explores exotic and hard-to-find cuts from around the world, from prized selections sourced internationally to remarkable proteins found closer to home in the Lowcountry—often overlooked, rarely experienced, and unforgettable when done right.

Each course is thoughtfully curated and expertly prepared, showcasing not just the diversity of global meats, but the skill, precision, and creativity required to honor each cut. While the focus is bold and unapologetically carnivorous, seafood lovers will not be left behind—select rare and exceptional seafood courses will also make an appearance, woven seamlessly into the evening.

This immersive dinner includes expertly paired wines with every course, elevating each bite and adding tremendous value to the experience. With only 60 seats available, Uncommon Cuts offers guests the rare opportunity to dine at an intimate table where craftsmanship, sourcing, and storytelling take center stage.
