From the heartland of America, we invite you to join us on March 6th at The Sea Pines Beach Club for an unforgettable evening of bourbon and cuisine as we welcome Horse Soldier Bourbon Whiskey. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of Horse Soldier’s award-winning spirits; each thoughtfully paired with a four-course dinner crafted by Chef Clinton Barabas, Sous Chef Jeff Flores, and Pastry Chef Iain Jones. With multiple awards and honors from the World Spirits Competition, we can't wait for you try an array of Horse Soldier Bourbon with us!

Horse Soldier Bourbon honors the legacy of the U.S. Army Green Berets deployed to Afghanistan in the days following 9/11. These soldiers are famously known as the “Horse Soldiers.” Inspired by their courage and resilience, each bottle is crafted as a tribute to service and sacrifice, formed using molds made from steel recovered from the World Trade Center, symbolizing strength forged from one of America’s most historic moments.
