FUN on the ROPES! (Adult class)

This will be so much fun! We will learn some of the basics of how to safely and properly utilize the rope wall. Gravity creates a form of resistance that is naturally designed to open the spine in every direction without compression..... and going upside down is always fun!
Beginners are encouraged!
$30 per person
