The initiative will feature a signature culinary event on Tuesday, May 19th, hosted at the Rooftop Bar at Poseidon, with two seatings from 5:00–6:30 PM and 7:00–8:30 PM. Guests will enjoy a dynamic, station-style dining experience with food from every SERG Restaurant, along with beer and wine offerings, live entertainment, and an in-person auction.Beyond the main event, the campaign extends throughout the month of May with a “Round It Up” program across all SERG locations, allowing guests to contribute directly to Piper’s fund by rounding up their checks.
