200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This training is designed to help students strengthen and deepen their own practice, and to safely teach yoga to others. Through this training, students will gain a foundation in yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, assisting, and different modalities of yoga.
Learn to help others feel healthy and balanced in their bodies and minds.
We will meet for 8 weekends on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Friday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
