- **Event Description**: Reiki Master Teacher and Spiritual Intuitive Healer Karen Foote (and mother of two young adult children!) will lead a guided meditation to those gathered. She will offer tools on mindfulness, managing our breath, in addition to providing helpful visualizations that will 
help shift our energy. 

Making space for ourselves to step away from the busyness of life supports our nervous systems and empowers us. A great thing to offer the young children in our lives, and us too!

Details:
~ a child accompanied by their adult (parent or otherwise) who will remain for the duration
~ Children around 8-12 (ish)
~ Floor seating and chairs available
~ $30 for the pair, each additional child $15
