- **Event Description**: The DarkFire Airsoft community has always been more than just a place to play, it’s a family. On August 8th and 9th, we’re coming together to support one of our own in a meaningful way.

This charity event is being held in support of Dale Buehrer, who is currently fighting Mantle Cell Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of non‑Hodgkin lymphoma. Dale and his family are close friends of the DarkFire team, and his wife Lori (callsign Bulldog) has been a regular player here since the field opened nine years ago. She has given countless weekends to this field, this sport, and this community—and now it’s our turn to give back.

All entry ticket, rental fees, raffle money, and shirt sale proceeds from this event will go directly toward helping the Buehrer family during this difficult time. While we are keeping personal details private out of respect, the family has graciously given permission to share Dale’s name and diagnosis so players understand exactly who and what they’re supporting.

Expect a full day of airsoft, camaraderie, and purpose, whether you’re a longtime regular or someone who wants to step onto the field for a cause that truly matters. This event isn’t just about gameplay; it’s about standing shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a family that’s been there for us and showing the strength of the DarkFire community.

Friday August 7th
5:00 pm - gates open,  for pre camping, registration, waiver, 
6:00 pm weapons check,
8:00 pm Night Game

Saturday August 8th
8:00-10:00: Check In (registration, waiver signing, weapons check.)
10:00: Briefing
10:30: Game Start
13:00-15:00: Lunch break
17:00: Game end

Sunday August 9th
10:00 am Game start
13:00-15:00: Lunch break & RAFFLE!

4:00pm : Game Wrap Up 

Gameplay schedule might change due to extreme weather conditions. But we will play rain or shine. Check-in will be available on Friday night to speed things up on the day of the event.
