Join three guided hikes every other Wednesday in April to explore various trails at the Confluence, based on where the best spring blooms are at the time. The Confluence is a magical place for spring wildflowers!Meet at the pavilion beside the parking lot. This hike will take approximately two hours (sometimes less, sometimes more). Please feel free to bring water and snacks. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are under your control and on a 6-foot leash. Restrooms are available on-site.The address is 4214 Highland Farm Rd, Hillsborough, NC 27278.From Hillsborough take Hwy 86 North away from town 1.6 miles from US70. Turn left on Coleman Loop 1.1 miles. Turn left on Highland Farm Rd 2.4 miles. The Confluence is on the left. There is a large sign and a gravel driveway. From northern Orange County take Hwy 86 south after passing Walnut Grove Church Rd take the first right on Kenion Rd 1.7 miles. Turn right on Highland Farm Rd 0.6 miles.
