Opening the evening is North Carolina psychedelic artist Jphono1 (John Harrison), a longtime force in the regional music scene whose work stretches across rock, folk, electronic, drone, improvisational soundscapes, and beyond. A former member of The Comas and North Elementary, co-founder of the Potluck Foundation collective label, visual artist, and fearless sonic explorer, Harrison approaches music with adventurous curiosity. His Jphono1 project spans experimental pop textures, banjitar-meets-synth explorations, and expansive improvisational jams that can feel jazzy, cosmic, rhythmic, and transportive — sometimes intimate, sometimes electrifying, always immersive.

And because great music deserves great food, El Jefecito Food Truck will be on site serving up crave-worthy tacos, bold Mexican street food favorites, and plenty of flavor to keep the night festive. Expect fresh, satisfying bites that pair perfectly with live music, drinks, and good company.

Together, this lineup promises a night that moves from atmospheric psychedelia to driving alt-rock — perfect for settling in with friends, discovering new sounds, enjoying fantastic food, and soaking up the relaxed, community-forward spirit of The Bar(n).
