This 75-minute pop-up yoga workshop blends mindful movement with serious strength using a stability ball to challenge balance, awaken deep core muscles, and re-educate the body in the most intelligent way. The ball becomes both a prop and a teacher—offering support when you need it, and just enough instability to light everything up.
Expect a yoga-based flow that is slow, intentional, and surprisingly intense. We’ll explore familiar postures in unfamiliar ways, using the ball to build strength, stability, and body awareness—especially through the core, glutes, hips, and shoulders. This is yoga, but it’s also a hard workout in the best possible way.
The class concludes with an extra-long, luxurious savasana, allowing your nervous system to fully settle and your body to absorb the work you’ve done.
