SECRET MONKEY WEEKEND

Secret Monkey Weekend is a power pop trio from Durham, produced by REM-Smithereens producer Don Dixon. They were profiled by PBS awhile back in a fifteen minute piece. It won an Emmy! The band goes back a decade when Lila was 8 and Ella was 13. For the last 9 years, they have cut their teeth in music venues up and down the East Coast. Their first tour  took them from Mississippi to  New York this past August and were featured on CNN

KATIE RAE

Born and raised in Hillsborough, Katie Rae is an alt soft-pop singer-songwriter known for intimate vocals, cinematic melodies, and emotionally resonant storytelling. Drawing from indie, pop, and alternative influences, her songs explore vulnerability, love, and personal growth.
