Root, Grow, Flourish is a seasonal series of immersive day retreats unfolding across the forest, fields, and working land of RambleRill Farm. Each retreat stands on its own, while together they form a gentle arc of grounding, intention and embodied growth across the year.

Through guided forest bathing, contemplative practices, creative exploration, and time in community on the land, you are invited into a deeper relationship with the more-than-human world and with what is ready to be tended within yourself.

You may choose to attend a single day retreat or join the full series and experience the unfolding journey from root to flourish.

THE RETREAT SERIES

🌱 ROOT — April 26 | 9:30am - 5:00pm

Grounding, Rest, and Remembering Your Foundation

Spring invites us to find our footing before we reach for what comes next. This retreat is an invitation to slow your pace, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with what steadies and supports you.

Through a forest bathing walk focused on grounding and presence, a restorative sound bath, walking meditation, reflective journaling, and a closing fire circle, you’ll be guided into a deeper connection with the land, your body, and your inner sense of stability. This day offers space to release what no longer serves and to rest in what truly holds you. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

🌿 GROW — June 7 | 9:30am - 5:00pm

Listening for What Wants to Emerge

Meaningful growth starts with understanding the ground you’re standing on. This retreat supports you in noticing what is ready to develop or shift in your life or work.

Nature becomes both mirror and guide as you explore creative reflection through outdoor collage, guided journaling, and time spent in relationship with the land through guided forest bathing. The day culminates in shared reflection and intention-setting around a fire circle, helping you clarify direction and nurture what feels alive and meaningful for you now.

 🍂 FLOURISH — October 25 | 9:30am - 5:00pm

Coming Into Fullness and Expression

Autumn is a threshold for gathering, integrating, and preparing what comes next. This retreat focuses on flourishing through connection, creativity, and relationship with the more-than-human world.

You’ll experience a forest bathing walk, playful and insightful time with the farm’s goats, mandala making, and a closing fire circle to honor what you are harvesting and how you wish to carry it forward. This day celebrates wholeness, reciprocity, and the unique ways you are ready to show up in the world.
