On Friday 6/26 at 6:00 pm, a large quilt made by the community will be displayed at Anne and Arthur (117 West King Street). This past April, the Hillsborough Climate Challenge asked artists of all ages to contribute to a community quilt by making a square based on nature. Over 100 people answered the call and created an amazing variety of squares. The quilt was then sewn by Bull Town Fabrics and is now ready to be viewed and admired. It will be displayed at Anne and Arthur's from 6/26 through the end of July.    

The quilt will continue to be displayed in various businesses/organizations in downtown Hillsborough after the month of July. 


If you contributed a square to the quilt and attend the unveiling at Anne and Arthur's on 6/26, you're welcome to take your original art home with you.
