We’ll tune in through an indoor workshop, then step into nature and share a community potluck.

The holidays pull us in a thousand directions,  yet every time we gather we all say the same thing: “I wish we had more of this.”

Well, here it is! ????

The Winter Solstice is the darkest night of the year, a sacred turning point that invites us to slow down, go inward, and reconnect with the light that’s ready to rise within us. ☀️ As the days will begin to grow brighter, this is our moment to align with clarity, intention, and expansion.

The greatest gift you can give your family and friends is an empowered, centered, and happy you!

We’ll begin indoors in the main living room with a tuning fork and energy session designed to help you release the noise of the season, deepen your intuitive voice, and return to your inner steadiness. As a certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, group facilitator of 12 years, and founder of The Florrest, Mena will guide you through a grounded, heart-centered process that reconnects you with your true nature. (This session is for advanced and beginner meditators, it meet you where you are!)

After the workshop, we’ll step onto the land for a gentle Solstice walk honoring the shift from darkness to returning light, and close the afternoon by sharing warmth, food, and connection through a community potluck. (It's very nurturing to share what we love to cook/eat!)

This gathering is a completion of 2025,  an activation of your wisdom, a moment to harvest gratitude for that that has , and a spacious reset before stepping into a new cycle with clarity and intention.

• Comfortable clothing for sitting, breathing, and relaxing
