As a Nap Facilitator, I use sound to help your nervous system downshift out of “on” mode and into something calmer, steadier, and more sustainable.
Through gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and gentle rhythms, you’ll be guided into a state where your body can finally stop bracing and start resting.
This isn’t about zoning out or “doing relaxation right.”
It’s about giving your system permission to soften — even if you’re not great at slowing down.
