An invitation to come back to center.About this EventOur nervous systems are constantly taking in information. Between work, screens, notifications, responsibilities, and the general pace of everyday life, our attention is often being pulled in multiple directions at once—with very little intentional time to slow down and rest. This monthly nervous system reset is a dedicated space to do exactly that: support nervous system regulation. This immersive sound bath experience uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, oceanic textures, and other therapeutic sounds to gently guide your system out of the noise and stimulation of everyday life and into a deeper state of rest. For 75-minutes, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to do. Simply get comfortable, receive the sound, and allow yourself to unwind.Think of this as your recurring monthly ritual to come back to center - a space to intentionally step away from the busyness of life, reconnect with yourself, and give your body and mind the restoration you're craving.Come as you are.Yoga mats, blankets, and props are available for your use, but please feel free to bring anything that will help you feel even more cozy & comfortable. These sessions are open to all; no prior experience is needed.About KristiKristi Littman is a certified sound healing practitioner & facilitation teacher whose heart-led approach blends nervous system awareness, intuition, and deep presence.Since 2019, Kristi has held space for thousands of people through community sound baths, corporate wellness, sound healing training, and 1:1 mentorship.
