- **Event Description**: Saturday, December 6,  2025, will be our annual JCTR Awards Banquet. It begins at 11:00 Am and will be held at the Jefferson County Civic Center in Hillsboro Mo. We will have BBQ from Pic A Bone BBQ along with beverages and salad. Please bring a covered dish or dessert. We will also have a quilt raffle, silent auction and a live auction. If you have any new or slightly used tack or anything that will generate a bid, please bring it along. Our auction helps to pay for the banquet. We will eat first, do awards and then do the silent and live auction. We welcome all exhibitors, family and friends. You don’t even have to have earned an award to come and enjoy the day. We will be awarding grand, and reserve awards, helpers gifts and for the pee wee and youth we give awards through 5th place.  Come and meet the best horse family around.
