Intro to Core & Balance Clinic

Balance exercises strengthen your core, lower back, leg muscles, and improve overall coordination. Improving balance promotes safer daily activities as well as athletic performance, reducing the risk of falls and injuries. Get an introduction to exercises you can use to focus on these areas.
