Schedule:
- 5:30 PM – Civic Center Rally
- 6:00 PM – Work Session: Presentation and analysis on HPD and Immigration.
- 7:00 PM – Town Hall Session: Open forum for public comment.

Following our rally, we will also be participating in a vital Public Town Meeting at the Civic Center, where significant issues surrounding the Hillsboro Police Department (HPD) and their interactions with Immigration will be discussed. This meeting is an essential opportunity for the community to express its concerns and perspectives.

We encourage everyone to sign up to give public testimony. This is your chance to share your thoughts and experiences regarding ICE and its impact on our community. Each speaker will have up to three minutes to speak, and while the Municipal Council will listen, they will not respond during the meeting.

Public Comment Guidelines:
- In-Person: To speak, fill out a yellow card available at the entrance and submit it to the municipal registrar.
- Online: Email your request to Council@Hillsboro-Oregon.gov or call 503-681-6269 before 3 PM on the meeting day.
- Written comments can also be sent to the same email address.

Accessibility:
- No signs with sticks or poles will be allowed to ensure visibility for all attendees.
- Interpreting and translation services will be available in Spanish and other languages, allowing community members to speak in their preferred language.

Live Stream:
For those unable to attend, the meeting will be available for live streaming on TVCTV Channel 30 and online.
