This hands-on experience will guide participants through the art of building a stunning charcuterie board just in time for the holiday season. Babs—Charcuterie Artist and owner of Boards by Babs—will teach you how to expertly select meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments, along with the fundamentals of composition, balancing flavors, thoughtful placement, and creative cutting techniques.
From ingredient selection to elegant seasonal styling, you’ll learn how to transform simple components into a show-stopping board. ***Each attendee will craft their own Christmas-themed charcuterie board to take home and enjoy!***
