9-Week Nutrition Seminar

A 9-week family nutrition workshop designed to empower Latino families with practical and culturally relevant nutrition education.

This program focuses on building confidence and adopting sustainable habits, not on diets or restrictions.
- How to create balanced meals using familiar foods
- Proteins, carbohydrates, fats and fiber: explained simply
- How to reduce the confusion between “healthy” foods and foods “marketed as healthy”
- Skills for grocery shopping and reading labels
- Meal planning and snack ideas for children and adults.
- Overall health of the person: hydration, sleep and stress
