A deeply restorative day retreat centered on grounding through the Earth, reconnecting to the body, and allowing the inner waters to move again—gently, naturally, and without force.

This intimate experience blends barefoot grounding, movement beneath the trees, nervous system restoration, sound immersion beside still-water ponds, drumming, reflection, and intentional rest designed to help you reconnect with stillness, flow, and emotional spaciousness.

Hosted at a private ranch studio in East Texas • Limited to 6 guests only

Retreat Experience

Arrival + Settle In — Herbal tea, light nourishing snacks, and quiet time to arrive slowly into the space.

Barefoot Grounding + Tree Connection Practice — Gentle grounding exercises beneath the trees designed to reconnect the body with the stabilizing rhythm of the Earth.

Rooted Flow: Body Tapping + Yoga Flow (Under the Oak) — A gentle hybrid experience blending grounding yoga flow, breath, body tapping techniques, and mindful movement designed to release held tension, reconnect you to the body, and support emotional spaciousness through fluid intentional motion beneath the trees.

Guided Walking Meditation + Reflection — Intentional barefoot or grounded walking through nature with journaling, silence, and moments of pause.

Farm-to-Table Lunch — Pasture-raised meal with seasonal organic sides and herbal tea.

Sound Immersion: Stillwater — A restorative outdoor sound experience beside the calm still-water ponds, designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional softening, and deep internal stillness through the natural rhythm of water, sound, and Earth.

Grounding Drum Circle — A rhythmic group experience beneath the trees designed to reconnect you to the body, breath, and grounding energy of the Earth through intentional drumming and movement. Drums will be provided, or guests are welcome to bring their own.

Water + Earth & Fire Integration and Release — A grounded closing ceremony designed to honor release, intention, emotional flow, and reconnection through the balancing elements of water, earth, and fire.

Guest Limit: Limited to 6 guests only
Wear soft earth and water tones (sand, sage, cream, soft blue, stone)
Closed-toe shoes required for portions of the retreat
Mats, props, journaling materials, lunch, and refreshments provided
Bring your favorite drum if you have one.
