Special Event: Pilates After Dark

Grab your favorite Galentine and join us for Pilates After Dark: A special night of movement, music, and glow.

Lights low, music up as we pulse, twist, and crunch our way to a strong, happy core. Using the Pilates ball, you’ll enjoy a full head-to-toe workout that leaves you feeling centered, strong and connected.

We’ll wind down with a dreamy savasana featuring a cool washcloth and fun Valentine-inspired takeaways. Grab your girls and come celebrate strength, friendship, and a little after-dark fun

Investment is $27 members ; $30 all others. Led by Courtney.
