VIP guests may arrive 15 minutes before General Admission.DO I NEED TO PURCHASE MY TICKET IN ADVANCE?Yes. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and unpaid reservations will not be held. Additional drinks and premium upgrades may be purchased directly from the matcha vendor.WHO APPLIES THE FACE MASK?Facial masks are individually packaged and self-applied. This portion of the event is a guided self-care activity and is not a professional facial service.SHOULD I ARRIVE WITHOUT MAKEUP?For the best experience, please arrive with a clean face or minimal makeup. A cleansing wipe will be provided, but full makeup removal may take additional time.WHAT IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN OR ALLERGIES?Please review the mask ingredients before participating and notify us about relevant allergies or sensitivities. A limited number of fragrance-free options will be available. Participation in the mask activity is optional.WHAT DOES THE VIP HAND RITUAL INCLUDE?The 10-minute Matcha Glow Hand Ritual includes a warm towel, cuticle oil, moisturizing hand-and-forearm massage, and finishing hand cream. It is performed by a licensed nail professional.DOES VIP INCLUDE A MANICURE OR PEDICURE?No. The VIP hand ritual does not include a full manicure, pedicure, gel removal, cuticle cutting, nail shaping, or polish application. Full salon services must be booked separately.WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?Wear something comfortable and photo-ready. Neutral, cream, white, or matcha-green clothing is encouraged but not required.
