Techniques include:
• How to bake the perfect cookie for decorating
• Royal icing consistencies
• Flooding cookies smoothly
• Simple detail techniques
• Adding texture and accents
Each student decorates a full set of Easter-themed cookies to take home. All tools, icing, cookies, and instruction are included.
