What is energy, making energy balls
Exploring the energy of the body including the
Chakras (7 main Energy centers of the body)
Hand positions for self-healing
Hand positions used during a Reiki session
Reiki tools you can use during a session
Become familiar with the flow of a Reiki session
Healing room ethics
You are initiated to the Reiki energy through a beautiful Attunement
after which you enter into a 21-day self-healing
About Me
I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher based in the Upper Highway area of KwaZulu-Natal, with over 20 years of experience supporting healing and well-being through Reiki.
My journey began in 1998 and includes Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master training completed in 2016.
I work with a trauma-sensitive, compassionate approach, supporting adults and children, trauma survivors, oncology patients, pre- and post-surgery recovery, animals, and distance
Reiki. Sessions may also include optional work with horses to support grounding and nervous system regulation.
