- **Event Description**: One of my favorite paddles of the year! Those curious and cheeky seals are chilling out at Sandy Hook Bay and this is our chance to be on the water with them! We’ll launch from Popamora Point Beach and follow the ebb tide North, stopping at the Hook for a snack break before heading back. 
We don’t have (enough) blubber so dry suit is mandatory! Along with sea/touring kayak 14ft minimum with dual bulkheads. Get all your cold water and safety gear ready. Need to be familiar with self and assisted rescue techniques. It’s also a New Year so that means New Waivers to be signed!
Obviously very weather dependent so we’ll update as we go along.
