We believe that health is holistic. It is the harmonious integration of body, mind, and spirit. Our physical structure, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and patterns of living are deeply interconnected, each influencing the others in ways we often don't recognize. When one aspect shifts, it creates an opening for everything else to shift.
 
This understanding is the foundation of our work. 
Integration happens when these parts begin working together rather than against one another. That is why we practice Structural Integration (SI), also known as The Rolf Method—a powerful healing approach that helps restore balance, alignment, and ease throughout the whole person.

Dr. Ida Rolf created SI during the early 1900s. At a time when modern medicine was on the rise and herbal apothecaries were being shut down across the country, Dr. Rolf was a studying the mystery schools that were under attack.

"The mystery part makes it difficult because people think it's hokey. Even Jesus said there's another world right beside us that is there but can't be seen. There's two worlds that we're all living in, and she was connected to both." - Chad Garner, Rolf Practitioner & co-owner of Yoga Highlands. "When you study the mystery schools of Egypt, Greece, Hinduism, Buddhism, and even Christian mystical studies, you start to see the human condition overall."

Rolf was a pioneer in alternative medicine and holistic health. She dedicated her career to studying how the human body aligns with gravity. She held the possibility of healing in her bare hands; as a practicing osteopath and homeopath, she carried this practice by helping and teaching others until her death in 1979.
