Rules and details of the event.
1. Practice for the tournament will start at 10:00am central time. Checkin will start at 9:00am but I will be setting up around 8:30am.
2. Format is 4 qualifying games individually to combine the 8 total games as a team. Highest 6 teams with handicap will qualify for baker matchplay. The 1st and 2nd highest team will receive a one round bye to the semi finals. Each round will be two game total pin fall BAKER with added handicap to the higher handicapped team.
2. This is a handicap event which is based on 80% of 220. Highest average from the last two seasons (2024-2025), (2023-2024) (also with access to other data bases, ie. collegiate, UBA etc.) will be used if 21+ games were completed. If no established average then the bowler will compete scratch. TD reserves all rights to handicap and use of averages.
3. No Youth will be allowed to compete. The event will NOT be sanctioned but will follow all USBC Tournament Rules.
4. There will be a ball raffle, individual pots and brackets, as well as team pots. There will be scratch and handicap options for all side action.
5. The tournament will max out at 30 teams, and will need a minimum of 15 to run the event. Based on the availability and coordination with the center's staff, I will need at least 15 teams signed up by January 11th to continue with the event. The estimated prize fund with a full field is $1000 for 1st, $500 for 2nd, $320 for 3rd and 4th, and $220 for 5th and 6th PER TEAM before any added money from raffles or sponsors.

7. For any ties for the last cash spot will be broken with a baker 9th and 10th frame roll off scratch. Any ties for the other spots will be determined with the highest team game with handicap.
8. The tournament will be conducted on a Kegel modified pattern which will be posted in the event page.
