13-15 Years: 3-5 PM

We’ll cover all the key skills, including:

Setting: Perfect your hand positioning and timing for accurate sets.
Hitting: Improve your approach, arm swing, and shot selection.
Serving: Enhance your power and accuracy with jump and float serves.

Cross-Training for Indoor Athletes
Beach volleyball is a great cross-training opportunity for indoor athletes. The sand provides a unique challenge that helps develop your overall game, increasing endurance, agility, and court awareness.

Jumping in the Sand
We’ll teach you how to jump and move effectively in the sand, a critical skill for success in beach volleyball.
