In the water, you’ll be held, supported, and guided toward a sense of lightness and relief.

Alongside this restorative bodywork, you’ll enjoy playful and energizing moments in the water through our Aquafit experiential sessions, as well as grounding practices on land including yoga and nature‑based reflection.
