Together, we’ll explore how emotions live in the body, and how they influence our health, patterns, and overall well-being.

You’ll be guided through the four steps of IPT, along with tools such as muscle response testing, and working with shapes and colors.

This weekend includes both learning and direct experience, with a live demonstration and the opportunity to work with another participant, supported by a certified facilitator.

This training is open to anyone feeling curious, as well as those considering becoming a certified IPT facilitator.

No prior experience is needed.
