Highland Arts Council Watercolor classes-Wed.-Sept.10th-Oct.8th afternoon or evening

This is a 5 week watercolor course for beginners or experienced painters. Kenzie Holzinger Smith will be the instructor. Supplies will be provided. Two classes are offered-afternoon, 2:30-4:30 or evening, 5:30-7:30
