During this session we will:Explore strategies that support effective instructional leadership in biliteracy and dual language programs, using a systems approach and including all key stakeholders including district and school leaders.Discuss, review, and analyze roles and responsibilities for the various district and school leadersReview and create communications protocols and plans to ensure common understandings across key biliteracy and dual language stakeholders (teachers, parents, coaches, and leaders).In addition, we will review the protocols from The Biliteracy Handbook to support the systems approach (ensuring that all structures work as a system) and to ensure that the dual language program is well-implemented.
