re:vive yoga social

*Welcome to the re:vive yoga social holiday event*

Hi, my name is Veronika and this social is a combination of stilness, movement and creative freedom.

We will start of with mindful meditation by observing the breath. Afterwards you can expect a mixture of soft and energising movement to warm the body ending with a well deserved savasana.

Gathering continues by sitting down for home-made chai and biscuits, ready to let the creative juices flow with painting on candles.

This in-person gathering is the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with like-minded individuals, and revitalize your mind, body, and spirit.

All supplies will be provided.
