- **Event Description**: ❄️?✨️This self care workshop will be held Sunday 11th January. We will be in the midst of winter, the sacred season for looking for the light ??❄️.

At this time, nature is in hibernation and has withdrawn into deep rest. Resting and conserving energy for lighter days. Although on the surface not a lot is happening, beneath the earth vast root systems are gathering nutrients ready for growth in spring. We too, should be taking note of this, by gathering our resources from within and resting.

We are always too quick to get going in January after the festivities but our energy is still to exhausted. Shouldn't we be following nature and pausing? 

Rather than going on full speed whilst we're still waiting for the light, let's focus on self care.

This is exactly what this workshop is designed for. We will work on energy grounding, bringing in some peace and balance after the busy festive period.

You will experience 2 hours of quietness, stillness and peace. There will be aspects of:

?Meditation
?Journaling
?Sound healing 
?Energy work
?Oracle cards
?Self reflection

In energetic exchange, this session will be £20 (£10 in advance to secure your place) and you will bring:

Water to remain hydrated 
Your own pillow/blankets/cushion/meditation cushion to be comfortable for you (chairs will be provided if you prefer)
A Journal & pen
Anything else to help you relax (socks, blindfold etc)
Trust
An open heart ❤️
A smile

✨️Please note: sound healing is not recommended for those with severe mental health conditions, epilepsy or first trimester pregnancy. If unsure, consult your medical practioner.

If you wear a hearing aid, it is recommended this is removed for the Sound healing.
