**SHORTS FINS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE LESSON** if you do not have any please contact Sue who will advise on what is suitable to purchase.
If you are looking to improve your front crawl technique especially the rotation then this lesson will help.
This lesson is designed for those that can swim efficient, head in front crawl for a distance of at least 800m plus. You must be able to swim this distance comfortably and without having to stop.
If you cannot swim this distance without stopping this session will not be suitable.
This course will help you:
-Improve your rotation and ensure you are kicking correctly.
After the lesson you will understand about the rotation and leg kick needed and you will have an understanding of swim drills you can do in a pool to help your front crawl.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Be over 18 years of age.
Be in good health.
Participants must be able to swim head in front crawl efficiently for a distances of 800m plus without having to stop.
Swim costume, swim hat (compulsory) and goggles to be worn.
