Intro to Herbal Remedies Workshop

Curious about herbal medicine but not sure where to begin?

This hands-on workshop offers an introduction to using common herbs as part of everyday wellness.

We’ll explore how herbal remedies can complement modern medicine, support the body’s natural systems, and reconnect us to seasonal, plant-based care. You’ll learn about the benefits of several commonly used herbs, how their medicinal properties are extracted, and how to choose the right preparation for different needs.

Together, we’ll prepare a few simple herbal remedies—including an infusion, a tincture, and a salve—for you to take home. Participants will leave with practical skills, hands-on experience, and a deeper appreciation for the plants that support us.
