Students will take measurements in their assigned section once a month, including weather data, soil type and tallies of the different species observed. The last class will be used to compile their data and come to conclusions about the biodiversity in the area.

Participants should plan to attend all classes and be prepared to be outside and off trails while taking measurements. Participants may be dropped off for the program, although parents are welcome to stay.
