The 2026 Women's History Month theme is “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future.” This year’s theme celebrates women who are transforming systems to build long-term environmental, economic, and social equity—spotlighting leadership in green innovation, community resilience, and forward-thinking policy.
