Our mission is simple: to make gymnastics fitness training accessible, achievable, and exciting.
We hold four seminars, the bar muscle up, the ring muscle up, bar basics (t2b, kipping pull-up/chest to bar, butterfly pull-up/chest to bar) and handstand (holds, walks, HSPU)
Each seminar runs 3.5 hours
The Bar muscle up covers every facet of the bar muscle up skill. This seminar starts with basics and works through drills and progressions all leading toward the bar muscle up
The Ring muscle up seminar covers the strict ring muscle up, Kipping ring ring as well as tools to build strength and skill for both of them.
The bar basics seminar covers every basic skill on the bar. We start with the strict pull up and slowly build our way into the kipping skills (t2b, pullup and c2b). The seminar finishes with the more advanced skill of both the butterfly pull up and chest to bar.
The handstand seminar covers fundamentals to advanced skill specifically regarding the handstand. We start with the basics of kicking up and standing then shift into walking. Then we cover the strength/skill regarding the HSPU.
