For you, the individual: a lakefront home on a peaceful peninsula with gorgeous views, watersports, all meals and snacks, rest and no shortage of inspiration.

​For you, the accomplished studio owner: an incredibly diverse panel of speakers and discussions to meet you where you are today. We've stepped it up from 2023 - and that's saying something, because 100% of our eleven attendees said they would attend again. You'll leave ready to leverage what you've built with confidence and a clear path forward - personally and professionally.​​

The speakers: A first for the PYOP industry

NTM brings together the most dynamic group of speakers to ever be part of a PYOP event. The value, resources and guidance packed into these four days far exceeds your investment. After their sessions, speakers join us for meals, opening up deeper conversations you simply can't have in traditional conference settings. The small scale means genuine time with industry professionals; you're making connections that don't stop at the end of the retreat.

Your options:
-Stay in the lake house or at a nearby Airbnb (list provided; share a home with other attendees!)

-Pay in full at registration OR split the payment (pay half at registration and half on June 1, 2026 - no additional fee)

-Arrive early Sunday, Sept 13 for relaxation, and dinner and drinks by the lake

-Stay through Friday, Sept 18 for The Build-Out Workshop: Your Systems Implementation Plan, a hands-on workshop led by Mara Whitener that will send you home with the framework for your studio's systems​
