This special event will bring the Hmong community together for a day of strength, conditioning, and movement — a chance to challenge yourself, connect with others, and grow stronger together.

📍 Location: 2988 S Hwy 127 S, Hickory, NC 28602 (Crossfit Stacked)
📅 Date: Saturday, November 22nd
⏰ Time: 1:00 PM-4:00 PM EST (3 hour)
