Designed for elementary-aged students, this 1-hour session includes:
•	meeting a live Michigan snake and observing its movements and features up close
•	learning where snakes live, what they eat, and their importance to healthy ecosystems
•	busting common myths and building confidence around these often-misunderstood animals
•	participating with a hands-on activity to see how scientists study animals and how nature, animals, and people stay healthy together

Date and Time: Saturday, September 19, 2026  from 2 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Cost:  Free for members;  included with General Admission Fee for non-members
Registration:  Suggested but not required (Registration closes on September 17, 2026)
